About Housing for Women

Housing for Women is a charity providing housing and support services for women and their families in London. However, it provides more than just housing as it provides specialist support for children affected by domestic abuse as well as helping women with complex needs on release from prison.

The charity, founded in 1934, now provides a number of specialist services for some of the most vulnerable women, and their children, in the London area. Some have suffered domestic abuse, been trafficked for exploitation or have just been released from prison -Housing for Women supports their integration back into society. All of its projects are holistically tailor made for women experiencing different types of problems and the women are supported throughout the entire process.

The purpose of the charity is to empower women to help maximise the opportunities available to them. While it does a tremendous job, Housing for Women still needs your generosity to continue their incredible work.
